Those are long-term side effects. But in the short term it may be considered a PED due to the increase of testosterone and mood-altering affects.

      >neuroprotective and prevents neurodegenerative disease like alzheimers and parkinsons
      >cortisol and prolactin elevation is easily mitigated with sufficient sugar and calcium intake
      >no evidence it causes heart damage
      >dont smoke cigarettes if you dont want lung damage, use oral delivery methods

based. I just pop nicotine pouches but they're terrible. If I withdraw in my sleep and get up and /roon/ after my coffee tomorrow I should feel good without them

    Pure tobbaco maybe.

Yes goym buy these consumables that you need to use every 2 hours to feel normal. May I recommend my friend dr. goldstein for those lung problems? They have a new line of cancer treatments coming out for a very good price soon.

Unironically tobacco improves short term cognition and metabolism but obviously smoking is not good in the long term.

It relieves inflammation and helps build muscle by boosting testosterone so if you're like me and got patellar tendonitis from too much running lay off the rooning, do slantboard squats and have a cheeky smokerino

My dear friend, tobacco is far from being a performance enhancing substance. On the contrary, it is a dreadful poison that wreaks havoc on your health and well-being, as well as your athletic prowess. Tobacco can elevate your heart rate, blood pressure, and carbon monoxide levels, putting you at greater risk of heart attack, stroke, and cancer. It can also impair your breathing, endurance, strength, and recovery. Tobacco is a foe, not a friend, to anyone who values their physical performance

Sometimes I wonder about they way young men used to be who started smoking their in their late teens and were seemingly so muscular with low body fat while not really working out that much. But they paid the price later on.

I've started vaping 0 nic juice even though I've never smoked before because I was going through a pack of gum a day to the point my back teeth are breaking up. Dentist though it was because I'm grinding my tooth at night ahha little did he know. Finger crossed I get a fast acting cancer

doesnt smoking expose you to more radiation than a CT scan does

Serious answer here: try out zyn or snus or lucy nicotine gum if you actually want to see if it works.
It probably will make you relax & focus better, but you'll build tolerance quickly and get addicted. Use it only on occasion and you'll be fine but doing tobacco products in this day and age is just moronic knowing what we know now

I dont think so. After I smoke a cig I dont feel like doing anything. I can feel it hardening my arteries. If I smoke to much my throat feels awful. also gives me headaches sometimes. I should really stop but I'm sort of in doomer mode.
