      Kek.
It's true, tho', been all my life skinny, had a gf she always said she prefer skinny boys like me, ffw I was unhappy, dump her in good terms, ffw we met for a coffee like good old times, "OMG anon, now you're stronger" while touching pecs and back, she wants to meet again, we viciously frick for a couple of months, she was just too horny, told me she really likes the change. Idk man, women just don't know what they want.

And I tell people this all the time. Guys get really demotivated by the stuff they read on social media that women say. You've gotta understand this is not how they feel. It's just a sort of ritual for social promotion and adherence. They see everyone else saying these things, so they jump on board. You get a woman face to face and charm her, and all those "standards" she claims to have go right out the window.

Completely on point, fren. I can't count so many times I've met and talked to people who said something and then just did the opposite. It's just basic human behaviour on a lot of things, but It looks that women are more prone to that attitude when it comes to dating preferences.

My gf told me she doesn't want children or getting married, doesn't want to live in a country I want to live. I told her I am going to get married, have children and move to the country I want and my wife is going to be happy. If she does not want to be part of my future, then there's the door. In the end, we moved to the country I wanted, we got married, had 3 kids that are all in school. We travel a lot (homeschooling during travels) and couldn't be happier.

There's a reason why women pretend to like the dad bod meme as they want to be the attractive one in the relationship. Hard to control a man when he's fit and muscular, which opens the doors for other women to compete for you.

Even my gf stops me by encouraging me to eat more food and gets dumbfounded that I still look fit.

          >pretend to like the dad bod meme
If they really prefer their partner to be less attractive than them (for whatever reason), why is it pretending?
It's just the typical "I want this for a one night stand, but this for a relationship"

you should pay attention to the women who actually say this, like go click on their social media profiles and the vast majority of women who like fat dudes are obese themselves. If they aren't then when they say "dad bod" they have no idea what the body of someone who got fat and stopped working out actually looks like and think dad bod means someone who's just big and shredded like Chris Hemsworth.

If she's the attractive one the power dynamic shifts in her favour. She can extract more resources while giving back less. Women know this instinctively.
It's also a shit test. She's testing if you're only lifting to extract resources from her (sex) or just because you honestly like it. Women hate the first type of lifters because it feels like you're manipulating her and being fake. They want to break your façade.

more likely to test if you'd put aside your priorities for her woman nonsense (literally being more submissive than her), which triggers a primal revulsion in a woman for a good reason

              Anonymous

It all boils down to the same thing. They want a man who is naturally inclined to be dominant, charismatic, strong and attractive to produce the highest quality offspring possible.
It's why their advice is always "just be urself" and why they hate PUAs, hair transplants and weightlifters who lift for pussy instead of health benefits. They see it as cheating the system.

it's not a LARP at all going to the gym revived my dying sex life with my gf, went from obese to fit and she suddenly got back her "sex drive" again. She also actually compliments my body now when she never did before and she'll point out things like my arms and shoulders.

It made me upset at first but I realized that's how all women are and if you're not fit she's just settling. Get IST or suffer.

I know a lot of guys are probably like "my wife isn't like that" but I really do think that. I'm skinnier and more built now then when we met, dated, and married. Most of the time we were together i was about 250-260 lbs, but then ballooned up to over 300. I'm now at 187 as of today. I think she just liked my body type before and is not as crazy about it now. We still are intimite but not as often as we used to.

How bad exactly? You can always work on rehabing your spine till the point you can squat and you don't need to squat 500+ lbs right away. Your body has time to adapt.

    Yes.

now its the other way around most of the time. shes asking me to "cuddle" which ends up with us fricking pretty much every single time so its more like a code already.
she sometimes even goes to bad and then comes back after an hour to get fricked and then just leaves upstairs again.
    its actually bizarre sometimes.
also her whole perspective on contraceptives changed. we normally only did it with condom. now shes asking me not to use them. almost feels likes shes become addicted to getting creamed.
