Getting sub 10% basically requires an eating disorder and most of any free time you have.

    >sub 10% body fat
why would you bother if you don't have a reason to?

Yes it's pretty cool. It does get hard to maintain because you can basically never eat any dessert type food and you have to really limit your alcohol consumption too, but being shredded as frick is worth it.

12-14% is best for looking aesthetic and having energy without feeling hungry as shit all the time. But you will have to directly target your abdominals, oblique, serratus and lower back if you still want to have the ripped/lean aesthetic

Is it really true you're hungry all the time? I've never been below 12%, but is it really THAT hard to eat at maintenance at like 2500 (granted you're active and do your cardio to pump up TDEE)

It varies from person to person,my best assumption is that if you were always lean as a kid but put on some pounds later on you should be able to comfortably maintain it.

Yes it's hard. You either go to sleep hungry or you're hungry for the majority of the day

I'm currently on a 500-800kcal deficit and I feel totally satisfied (eating around 1800-2100kcals). I don't really see how eating more when I'm at maintenance would be harder... or maybe you just get naturally hungrier when at a really low bf%? I out of my depth here

All people should be as thin as the japanese and have that lean body type.

Any other goal besides that is vanity signaling which leads to steroid abuse or bulking AKA obesity via body dysmorphia.

Having more weight in muscle or fat decreases life expectancy and causes more stress on the heart and body overall.

IST is a cult of morons that sperg over people rice, noodles and vegetables because it's "vegan" and feel personally attacked when someone says eating 70g of saturated fatty steaks and butter isn't healthy.

Imagine taking advice from any morons on here.
