    If you eat enough to be obese, you have significantly higher chance of diabetes. If you don't brush regularly, the sugar will encourage the growth of enamel eroding bacteria. If you brush and floss, and are not a fat duck you will be fine

    Both are really unhealthy, stunt jaw and teeth development in children, cavities, humans can't properly digest. Eat real sourdough, it's the only good bread because it has been fermented.

    The wheat in ye olden times had almost no gluten in it.
    Modern wheat has a frickton of it.

    It causes inflamations, allergies, rashes, brain fog, stomach issues etc.
    Only do small amounts.

    Whole wheat bread has some pufa's so homemade white bread is slightly healthier. For the most part carbs are carbs unless you're lactose intolerant. GI is bs since potatoes, a cutting food, has high GI.

    No. White bread has more readily available carbs so it causes a somewhat faster spike in blood glucose but if you eat in moderation it's negligible.
