Well you would probably need to do yoga to do that.
Stretching is good. I started doing a weekly stretch on my rest day and its been helping me out a lot. Though, the skin on my right leg becomes numb for days at a time.

Wouldn’t it be embarrassing if she just accidentally pissed herself while doing that? Just having that smelly urine dripping down those legging and into the carpet. Would be so devastating ha ha

I think it's one of those things that just tickles people's sense of 'enriching their selves' and other feel good bullshit.

Just like how people have 'emotional support dogs' but don't really work on their emotional problems or keep going to the therapist over and over again without really improving.

Doing this shit is NOT good for you. Stabilizing your joints is far more important than hypermobility. Asians are definitely more flexible though, at least the ones in Asia. They have shallower hip sockets than Western Europeans

this is cope. I'm english and german, I've had my ~~*dna*~~ scanned and I'm 100% northwestern You're-a-Peein' and I'm in my mid 20's. On a whim I'm about to do the splits for the first time in my life. Just fucking stretch and stop being a pussy when it hurts, it's supposed to. When you do the wide splits just pop your ass out and your femur rotates behind your pelvic socket and you can go down as far as you've stretched your hip flexors. Stretching greatly reduces the risk of muscle injury and increases the rate of muscle growth and muscle recovery.

it's damaged my feet so badly i can't work a standing job. it's been a year and the plantar fascitis/high ankle sprains just won't go away

if you do it do it infrequently and not at intense pace (flow), also avoid it if you weigh a lot at all (muscle included)
