Zyzz was an advocate of focusing on upper chest. As part of this, he trained upper chest before middle chest in his program. But when I watched Lexx Little do the Zyzz chest workout, he expressed disapproval of this without elaborating as to why it's bad.
I myself have a slightly lacking upper chest and want to achieve that plate armor look to be aesthetic. Should I follow Zyzz's advice or just do my flat benches before the inclines?

Doing upper only is based or you get the saggy titty look and weak upper chest.

Idk I follow his advice and I do only weighted dips for lower chest 35kg x 11 and I look like this at 190cm. My upper chest quite developed

If you can't engage every fiber of your chest in the dip position it doesn't matter how you train, you'll never have this chest.
ignore all the morons (zyzz included). you see that your upper chest is less developed than your lower chest? (which is like 99% of the times for everyone) then you train it more. it's not rocket science. same goes for morons working front delts while their side and rear delts get little to no training

Incline work targets middle chest, dips target middle chest. Why focus on middle chest at all with the bench? I'd go as far to cut normal bench entirely focus purely on incline and dips for chest compounds
