    Also I think 20% bf is ideal after years of lifting, because your body produces enough hormones to maintain lots of muscle, but it's still lean enough where a six pack is achievable.

          I would say bulk, and when you feel shitty/too fat and perform much worse on cardio that's too far, then cut back down.
          Remember people are different.
          Some may prefer 15% or less. others may prefer 17-20.
