Started to eat a lot more in my main meals, as in, where I used to stop now i go an extra mile and shove some more food. Cutting on sugars as much as i can. I gained 2-2.5kg in 3-4 weeks and the belly/handles are definitely a tad smaller

You can lose visceral fat easily by cutting out the alcohol and amending your diet. The subcutaneous fat will take a lot longer to lose. The bad posture will require strengthening your core and spending more time standing and stretching your hip flexors.

Been there anon, it takes time but it is possible. What worked for me is to consume more protein, eat healthy carbs (I mean rice, pasta and not junk food), avoid soda at all costs and do cardio regularly.
It's a pain in the ass because it's not fast, I had some belly fat to the point that when I wore a t-shirt it made more of a bulge than my pecs. About 6 months after doing what I told you I still have fat but it's not as noticeable as it used to be. So just be patient
