Get gyno surgery. It's a pretty simple procedure. I believe it's even an outpatient procedure. They just slice your nip, pull the gland tissue out and then stitch it back up. Idk if you're in the states or not, if you are, you may be able to get it covered if you have insurance. If not, then good fricking luck getting it paid for somewhere like Canada or the UK. It's considered cosmetic in most cases. You'll have to find some way to pay for it out of pocket, or fly somewhere like central America or eastern Europe to get it done. You can minimize it with proper diet, but it's pretty much always going to be there at risk of flaring up.

PPL 1.5 hours lifting and 30 minutes cardio daily. not counting calories but i’m eating whole foods chicken beef rice vegetables fruit shit like that. diet isn’t 100% great tho i do like sweets and shit but i’m burning it. i’m walking a lot
