Talk to your doctor, there are some good drugs available for weight control now. Never do any of the stomach surgeries, they're all terrible.
go out for a 1 hour walk every day for a week then on week two start jogging 1 mile (or 30 mins) every other day. on your non jogging days keep walking for 1 hour.
keep your meals under 500 calories and avoid eating more than 3 times a day.
sitting down to post this will do nothing, op. remember there are people out there who would KILL you to take your functioning legs just to have access to cardio. get off your ass and work, homie
