If you squatted for an hour you'd literally be too exhausted to walk. I think if you actually timed yourself you'd realize most of that time you're not doing jack fricking shit.

Quit being a power shitter. No one is impressed by your low bar quarter rom squat that it takes you 10 mins of rest to get ready for.
Assuming 5 warmup sets that should take 5 min…
3x5 with 5 min break = 20 min
5x5 with 5 min break = 30 min
3x8 with 3 min break = 14 min
5x10 with 3 min break = 20 min

OP here, This is 3x5. I take 10 minute rests minimum
You should be doing your sets every minute on the minute.
But if not 90-120 seconds rest, TOPS, otherwise you’re wasting gains.
