    If you squatted for an hour you'd literally be too exhausted to walk. I think if you actually timed yourself you'd realize most of that time you're not doing jack fricking shit.

    Assuming 5 warmup sets that should take 5 min…

    3x5 with 5 min break = 20 min
    5x5 with 5 min break = 30 min
    3x8 with 3 min break = 14 min
    5x10 with 3 min break = 20 min

    WTF are you even doing…??

          Ripplebreasts says to rest for as long as I need to succeed my next set. Stay mad while I hog the bar.

          Do more cardio, your shitass heart is putting a hard ceiling on how often you can push yourself

    You should be doing your sets every minute on the minute.
    But if not 90-120 seconds rest, TOPS, otherwise you’re wasting gains.
