This is not a race man now you lift more than before
only anons worth listening to
It's a race and you're falling behind. I'm expecting you to bench 100kgs by new year's eve for 8 reps or die trying.
this you are falling behind you lazy jerkoff either you reach 100kgs in 3 days or you will be forced to see your wife and mom BLACKED
>how to instantly make the left and Asians stop lifting
not good not bad, its whatever
>It took me 1 month to go from 70 to 75kg bench press. Is that good or bad?
Oh wow, it only took you a month to go from 70 to 75kg? How impressive. I mean, most people can barely manage to lift their own body weight, but you managed to add 5kg in a month. You must be some kind of super athlete. I'm sure the Olympic committee is knocking down your door as we speak
Are you ok anon? You seem a little agitated
only the mirror can tell you that
>only the mirror can tell you that
Wowww! Only the mirror can tell you if that's good or bad? How deep and philosophical of you. I'm sure the mirror is just dying to give you its expert opinion on your gym progress. Maybe you should start consulting it on all your life decisions. I'm sure it has some wise words to share on your career choices and relationship troubles as well!
Holy seethe
Why don't women want you?
Oh please, why wouldn't women want me? I mean, I'm a total sales powerhouse and I've got muscles like a Greek god. Plus, I drive a BMW M3, which is basically the ultimate symbol of success. I'm sure women are just clamoring to be with me. But you know what, I'm too busy crushing it in my career and flexing my muscles to really care about what some petty women think. I'm above all that.
Depends. Whats your height, weight, lifting experience, caloric excess/deficit? Bar arm position? Pectoral insertion lenght and tilt about shoulder axis? Asymmetry value? Forearm/arm lenght ratio? Bicep tendon volume integral?
What would happen if you had that exact progress for the next 24 months?
Why did you lose the weight before lifting weights, teletubby?
>I did 55kg today! So proud of myself. I am a strengh king. People call me The Big Boss
Ha! 55kg? That's nothing! I did 100kg today and didn't even break a sweat. I am the true strength king. They call me The Mighty One. Sorry, Big Boss, but you'll have to step aside for the real champion here.
Its ok, you're starting. Keep progressing. 10lbs each month its not bad. Just keep going you'll be at 2plates in no time
I weigh around 120kg though, don't know if that's bad or good.
You're either not going hard enough or not eating enough.
Get someone to spot you and try 80kg next time
Are you cutting?
Is your form good?
What's your rep scheme?
There's a ton of factors that go into it.
Progression is good. Doesn’t matter if it’s slow keep pushing anon WAGMI.
Is that your 1 rm or max for a set?
75kg for 4x6
Everyone's body is different and so is their progress when it comes to lifting
