It's a race and you're falling behind. I'm expecting you to bench 100kgs by new year's eve for 8 reps or die trying.

Oh wow, it only took you a month to go from 70 to 75kg? How impressive. I mean, most people can barely manage to lift their own body weight, but you managed to add 5kg in a month. You must be some kind of super athlete. I'm sure the Olympic committee is knocking down your door as we speak

Wowww! Only the mirror can tell you if that's good or bad? How deep and philosophical of you. I'm sure the mirror is just dying to give you its expert opinion on your gym progress. Maybe you should start consulting it on all your life decisions. I'm sure it has some wise words to share on your career choices and relationship troubles as well!

Oh please, why wouldn't women want me? I mean, I'm a total sales powerhouse and I've got muscles like a Greek god. Plus, I drive a BMW M3, which is basically the ultimate symbol of success. I'm sure women are just clamoring to be with me. But you know what, I'm too busy crushing it in my career and flexing my muscles to really care about what some petty women think. I'm above all that.

Depends. Whats your height, weight, lifting experience, caloric excess/deficit? Bar arm position? Pectoral insertion lenght and tilt about shoulder axis? Asymmetry value? Forearm/arm lenght ratio? Bicep tendon volume integral?

Ha! 55kg? That's nothing! I did 100kg today and didn't even break a sweat. I am the true strength king. They call me The Mighty One. Sorry, Big Boss, but you'll have to step aside for the real champion here.
