        >tells you to ue 97% lean beef for the recipe
there's absolutely NOTHING that tastes good with 97% lean beef, especially bolognese

As a retired pasta eater, usually 1 pound of pasta is 1600 calories all on its own.

Going to be very difficult to get 1/1/1 of pasta, meat, and sauce in under 2000, though I'm sure its possible if you get really "healthy" versions of each. But why not just eat better?

are you thinking of raw pasta or cooked pasta?

What the frick is in American pasta for 450 grams to equal 1600 calories?

Here in Europe that would be like 589 calories.

Oh come on, 453g of carbs a day can't be good for you. All candy diet bullshit

Yeah nah optimally more of those carbs would be fats. I'd reduce the noodles, change the meat out for less lean, and then up the amount of meat.

Fat people usually disgust me, but this guy just looks funny, like a cartoon character. Does anyone have the one with him eating a snowcone?

He looks like every Mexican contractor I've ever worked with, right down to how he pats his hands clean after that ice cream cone.
