Itching and pimples

I've been itching without rash for like 2 months now. I am itching on my legs, pubic area and back mostly, a little on my arms and stomach. Blood work was all fine. Also had an allergy test, which came back fine.
This all started happening after I ate a lot of sugar one day. I also had pimples on my dick, which went back after I used an antibacterial cream. So logically I thought I might have a systemic bacterial infection and got myself some antibiotics, which didn't do anything. The pimples on my dick keep re appearing when I stop using the antibacterial cream. I also developed (what I think is) urticaria on my hand, which comes and goes. I also noticed that the itching gets worse after I eat certain foods (like a lot of cheese, lots of meat, goulash, etc.)

What the hell is this? I have no other symptoms than the itching (which slowly keeps spreading it seems) and the pimples on my dick and the urticaria on my hand. Please help.

Could be anything, see a derm.
Staph, which wouldn't be killed be over the counter creams or antibiotics cuz its immune to a buncha shit
Bug bites, might have an infestation in your bed
      Could be allergies
The large amount of sugar probably has nothing to do with it unless you have allergies and are prone to eczema or other inflammation/rashes in general. Literally no way to tell without more pictures, don't trust the people on here though, they'll tell you a fungal infection is acne, a staph infection is acne, athletes foot as a bacterial infection, etc.

I have already been to a dermatologist three times and they are not helpful at all. They are just like: "Can't tell what it is, blood work is fine. Here have a cream. Next!"

I have also been to my GP and an urologist. All of those were not helpful at all.

Looks like you got an aggressive strain of athlete’s foot. It’s caused by a fungus so antibacterial stuff won’t work on it.

What I also forgot to mention is that I am cold more often in general recently and I often feel like I am too hot and too cold at the same time while laying in bed.

Might be fungal. Go to a dermatopathologist who are specialists in the field. A biopsy will be able to narrow things down. Ask them to do immunofluorescence on it as well, save you some time. What country are you in?

I used 3 different fungal lotion on my dick and body, but it didn't do anything. Neither the pimples went away, nor the itching stopped. I am in Germany

Ah. Best of luck to you then. Still though get a biopsy.

Its scabies. I had the same shit, dick pimples and hands looked exactly like that. Took forever for the doctor to find what the frick it was. First they said fungus, then std. then some other shit. Finally a young doctor looked at my penis and said it’s scabies.

You can get them from anywhere but mostly from dirty people. I helped walk a drunk hobo to his building I’m 99% sure that’s when I got it.

You’ll find that laying in cold will help with itching… do that while you’re recovering from, this stupid parasite.

Go to the doctor to get you anti parasitic cream and maybe even some meds.

I asked three different doctors and all of them said that it isn't scabies because I have no "tunnels" which scabies usually produces, that said I am very hygienic and have heard about well maintained scabies. My first guess was scabies too, because the itching started at night only, where as now it is all day.

Pimples? Penile papules? Tho they're permanent.
Something due to season? Maybe winter clothes?

Maybe try taking loratadine daily for a bit and see if it helps? It worked for some spontaneous urticaria I had for several months.

The things you describe indicates scabies. Especially where the itching is and the Dick pimples. I assume you can't pop them?
Can you post a picture of your fingers?

Nope, can't pop them. It's more like a rash, but pimple like, not all over. They come and go. My hands are pretty much fine, except for the first picture I posted, as well as there was slight wounding between my ring finger and middle finger, but it went away quickly and didn't come back so far. My first guess was actually scabies as well, because the itching only started at night, but my GP told me it wasn't scabies because he couldn't see the typical marking, although I would guess that I have well maintained scabies, because I have a good hygiene.

      Doubt it.

Already taking Cetirizine and Loratadine and both helps very little with the itching. I found a lotion that helps with has Polidocanol in it, which sedates the nerves.

Picture of the sides of your fingers please? I see the Kind of skin that's typical but I need to see the sides to be sure.

As far as I can tell it looks normal like always without any changes, except for the small changes you can already see on the picture I just posted

Does it make sense to just treat for scabies and see what happens, even if the doctors disagree? What should I look out for? I read that I also need to wash my clothes on higher temperatures and change my sheets every day.

You can treat for scabies with a permethrine based lotion that you apply twice. Once then again about 7-10 days later. You will see effects after about a week if I remember correctly. Should be availible over the counter.

Looks like classic mild eczema to me. Switch to detergents with no fragrance and use a basic anti-eczema lotion 1-2 times a day. I still itch, but only about once a day right before I reapply to the affected areas.
