probably because you're lifting for performance in compound lifts and not for hypertrophy. benching 3 plates and doing pullups with 3 plates means jack shit for hypertrophy. getting in a shit ton of quality volume over years of time is what gets you jacked

Nobody on the high side of these numbers is dissatisfied with themselves. Those on the low side are dissatisfied because they have actually failed to achieve results.
