You need to be honest with yourself and try to identify which part of your life is making you dissatisfied, and in turn leading to cravings. Is it social?
I am an ugly beta loser with no friends since school, no experience with women ever (apart from prostitutes) and I become the ugly loser loner within a week if all my jobs. I'm at the bottom of all social hierarchies and people treat me like shit and see me as inferior.

this is what helped me:
read the instructions from /fat/ - Fat loss general
calculate TDEE (consider that you will probably overestimate your activity level and underestimate the calories you intake) and aim to eat -1000 kcal deficit, with 40% of all calories being protein. that's it, these are the only 2 numbers you will care about for 3 months.
think of it as a 3 month project - make a deal with yourself that you will see what can happen in 3 months if you do everything "correctly" for once in your life
create Google Sheets file
start tracking calories, use chronometer or whatever
learn to cook, try different meal prep recipes and build a rotation of your fave meals for variety. if the foods are good and you get enough protein, you won't feel hungry or want to binge.
calculating recipe calories and tracking etc kinda becomes like some MORPG inventory management minigame or something, kinda fun
weigh yourself only once on Monday mornings, after pissing (weighing daily is pointless, weight fluctuates

You are doing this because you're hungry and have decision fatigue from work. If you eat a real meal while at work, you'll be less hungry and less likely to make rash decisions in regards to your food choices.
