I can't wait for my next test day. Between working, lifting after work, school after work and 2 sessions Saturdays and yard work a leg day Sundays it's been 3 weeks now without a rest day. I just want a day where nothing is planned out required of me.
Use the day for forearms, neck, calves, shit like that. Maybe do some cardio. You'll still get a dopamine hit and it won't impact your recovery too badly
if you hate rest days then you aren't working out hard enough. head has been throbbing all day after hitting legs and I can't wait to be somewhat functional tomorrow.

Training breaks down muscles fibres, while resting with proper nutrition allows your body to rebuild and compensate for the damage ie bigger muscles. If you're natty then rest days are even more important.
You can still do some light cardio or something if you're bored. But maybe pick up one more hobby.

Mondays: focus on doing several Chest Shoulders and Back exercises and a few arms and legs
Tuesday: do multiple arms exercises
Wednesday: Focus on doing msny Legs exercises and a few chest shoulders back and arms
Thursday: just do many chest shoulders and back exercises
Friday: Focus on doing many arms excercises and a few shoulders chest back and legs
Saturday: just do many Legs excersises
Sunday: Do whatever exercises i havent done in a while and shifted away from as i learn newer ones

Slept straight through 2 days
