My "cheat" every week is that I go to a local lady who makes only sugar-free treats... she uses Splenda and sometimes almond flour in everything. She makes cookies, cakes, copycats of candy bars, gummies, and also tortillas, bread, pretzels, etc. Everything is so tasty. I like it because unlike sugary stuff, it doesn't make me want more afterwards. Any time I eat sugary treats I spiral into wanting to eat more and more bad shit. With her stuff, I get a little treat and then am satisfied till next week. Also she's local so it's nice to support her little shop. Other than that I eat clean stuff at home.
