If you are serious about cutting only eat carbs before and after workout.
And if you still have more room for carbs with your creatine.
Try getting around 100 grams of carbs. 50 pre workout/30 after/20 with the creatine for example
Good breh,at first you may drop weight suddenly but its not magic you will basically lose water,since you carb intake is gonna be mostly used by your muscles but this will make you lose weight in your cut for sure,fat obviously.

Around 700 kcal before and around 800kcal after.

I mean you are taking it to the extreme but eating lots of greek yogurt or cottage cheese or some other kind of high protein dairy product isnt uncommon in a diet,you should be fine.
