I ate around 6 pizza slices at a family event and now i'm sitting here in pain knowing i'll have to do a fuckload of cardio when i start cutting
Today is orthodox christmas, so i have been stuffing myself like a pig. This marks the end of bulk and start of a cut. Im in the same boat as you.
Even harder to not eat too much I'm not even fat just slightly overweight 25.9 BMI trying to cut down back to under 25 but I have trouble sleeping hungry and end up binging at night.

i never eat breakfast cause it makes me so slow and tired all day, hard to get enought calories in throughout the day without eating junk but atleast i feel ok during school when i dont eat untill lunch.

fatty meats, butter, olive & coconut oil on everything, dates, bananas, drink your calories, cocoa with honey & heavy cream or milk, heavy cream maybe with bananas and dates or some other healthy food, just sipping heavy cream, peanutbutter, melted chedder cheese on everything. This is all the shit I'd avoid while cutting because it has no satiation.

Get white rice or quinoa
Get a can of chickpeas
Get 4 eggs
Cook rice, add can of chickpeas on top
Add raw eggs to the rice
That's, what, 1000 calories or more if you add olive oil? Do that
just focus on hitting protein macro target
