      Today is orthodox christmas, so i have been stuffing myself like a pig. This marks the end of bulk and start of a cut. Im in the same boat as you.

    Even harder to not eat too much I'm not even fat just slightly overweight 25.9 BMI trying to cut down back to under 25 but I have trouble sleeping hungry and end up binging at night.

          Stop that. Always eat breakfast and eat it at the same time. It's really important for metabolic scheduling

          How tf do I reach 3k calories without goyslop? I always get to 2.5k at max

          i never eat breakfast cause it makes me so slow and tired all day, hard to get enought calories in throughout the day without eating junk but atleast i feel ok during school when i dont eat untill lunch.

      fatty meats, butter, olive & coconut oil on everything, dates, bananas, drink your calories, cocoa with honey & heavy cream or milk, heavy cream maybe with bananas and dates or some other healthy food, just sipping heavy cream, peanutbutter, melted chedder cheese on everything. This is all the shit I'd avoid while cutting because it has no satiation.

      just remember that you wont digest most of the nuts.
      just look at any animal poop thats been eating nuts, or your own bush poop after eating lots of nuts.

    Geat an eletric pressure cooker
    Get white rice or quinoa
    Get a can of chickpeas
    Get 4 eggs
    Cook rice, add can of chickpeas on top
    Add raw eggs to the rice
    That's, what, 1000 calories or more if you add olive oil? Do that
