    GOMAD+SS for 3 months got me from 150 lbs to 190 and I'm 6'1. Then I branched off and did my own thing and I'm bigger than most people. Literally just eat more, homosexuals

    I’m 6’6, and it definitely takes longer, but being tall is a cheat mode of its own, so don’t be jealous that manlets fill out faster.

    No the fact is that throughout elementary school and middle school and high school and even as a young adult you had it easy. You just happened to be better at sports because you were physically larger than the other kids. People had the assumption that you were more mature because of your height. You have never had to work particularly hard for social acceptance and success.

    But eventually you get to an age where people actually expect you to be competent at things not just tall. You are expected to actually put effort into things which is not something you're used to. People stop congratulating you on your height and praising you for being tall like when you were a child. And why you when you try and intimidate someone smaller than you they don't really respond to it because what are you going to do? If you hit them you're not going to be able to talk your way out of trouble like you did in school.

    I've noticed that people who never shut up about their height and how it makes them superior, but at the same time complain about drawbacks that are more likely caused by a lack of effort, I never the people who are proportionally large. It's always the skinny told people who look like you grabbed a 12-year-old and stretched them until they were 6'2.

    It's possible, you just need a lot more muscle.
    A short guy can look muscular just after getting their beginner gains done.
    A tall guy could build the same number of lbs of muscle in the same time but it won't make a big difference visually. So the tall guy would have to lift for a couple of years more and build a lot more muscle to look at strong as the short guym

    This is why I do calisthenics instead. The extra height adds difficulty, and I don't need the extra mass to intimidate. Plus it's more useful for my fitness goal of surviving societal collapse and becoming a neo feudal overlord

    As a manlet, I am basically a girl with a penis. And I'm not even trans or gay.
    I really wish I was like 7 feet tall. Being harder to build muscle makes it worth it for me.
    I am short and petite, and I basically look like a girl with a penis. Or a little boy who never went through puberty.
    I never had puberty blockers, either.

    Building muscle would make me look like a Tyler1 or a fantasy dwarf so my only option (unless reopening growth plates becomes a thing) is to capitalise on my tiny body by appearing as cute as possible.

    6'5", It's a never ending fricking fight.
    I've been doing just calisthenics and complimentary DB movements, and working to get down to 12% bf and I've never, regularly felt a more complex series of dyspmorphic emotions.
    I can curl 45lbs but sure as hell barely look like it.

        My work shift is ass so I have to work out at work basically. Pushups and australian pullups have been real handy.
        Working to be self employed so I can hit my local gym when there's not 500 19 year old mexican DBZ fans doing hip thrusts with the benches.

    No, you just need to eat more. If you're 6'4" and eating as many calories as a 5'4" dude, of course he'll look ripped and you'll look lanky. A larger body needs more energy to function and more energy to build muscle mass. Get more calories and protein in you.
