    Still getting pain in my right shoulder. I don't know what's wrong but only hurts doing ohp. I'm still going to ohp today.

      Forcing it is a bad idea. You might end up with impingement. Do an ergonomic substitute while you fix your shoulder mobility.

        Nah I've taken a 2 week break and didn't help. Also have been doing lighter weight and still hasn't recovered. I have full mobility of my shoulder. Can bench, do pullups, hanging leg raises all without pain. Only when I press up it hurts. Elbow isn't flared out when pressing up either. Pain is localized near rear delt. Slight pain when doing the arm crossover body stretch.

          Does it get better after a warmup set? If no, probably shouldn't be doing OHP. Maybe you have something you need to be doing physio exercises for.

            The pain does get better as I go through my working sets but still there. Pain is bearable enough I can complete my sets. Think I need to so some band stretches or something. Idk wtf is wrong but this is my first shoulder injury that has lingered this long.

      Try doing shoulder calisthenics for a week or so. No weight, crazy high reps like 100 at a time. Just something to get blood flowing to the muscle without over stressing it. Hold your arms out to each side and clap your hands directly over your head, easy repetitive things like that.

    how strict are you with your OHP bros? do you bend back a bit or bounce at all? I don't unlock my knees or bend my back but I do a little bounce with my arms before going up

      I muscle clean the weight from the floor and press from a full front rack into a pseudo rack at my clavicle from a dead stop

      slight lean back to get it past my head then straighten out. aim to be as strict as you can.

    Wanted to see if I could still bench 225. Worked up to 225x1. Then hit 185x5x5. After bench I ohp 85x10x4 superset pullups 10x5. Went light on OHP and still have pain in right shoulder. Feels like the tendon connecting my rear delt to lat is fricked. I don't feel pain in ohping just the bar so idk what it is. Maybe my form is bad when weight is added?
