    result is his bloodwork stayed almost the same

    the farts were cause he was eating tons of mango every day

    his lifts went up, but its normal for them to go up when gaining weight
    he also gained muscle fast, but its normal to grow fast when you're starting out, and it seems he didnt have a proper program before

    me personally, i wonder why his bench is so high and his deadlifts and squats were so low
    those stats are unbalanced

    overall good video though, showed eggs are safe to eat with the bloodwork

      It depends as far as i know, some nutrients (like protein) are easier absorbed when cooked while others are getting destroyed. There is also the problem of oxidizing the pufas (especially omega3) which was the main concern here i think.

    Helpful bit of info here for yous guys….allergies can develop at any point in life. Eggs are one of the most common food allergies to develop. The only piece of info “they” have found with developing a food allergy later in life is extreme over consumption of that food.

    Im not telling you to not eat eggs. In fact I recommend you do eat eggs. But dont be an idiot like this guy and give yourself an egg allergy so you can never eat them again.

    P.S. This guy may not have given himself an egg allergy (yet), but what he did is a great way to do just that.
