    This essentially highlights the problems with this new age obsession with exercise selection. Any standard "chest exercise" is placed in A tier, with quirky meme lifts sprinkled throughout to pad out his tier list.
    Why do people assume that everyone's body reacts identically to everyone else's body? They're so hyper obsessed with each minor detail that they fail to miss the forest for the trees.
    Why with such a wealth of information online people still have struggle to make decisions for themselves?
    Is it due to the general anxiety epidemic, that people can no longer trust themselves to research and make informed opinions?
    Is it due to general consensus of academia worship, that people don't even try to figure out things themselves and just wait and see what the science says?
    Or is it just general ignorance and overcomplication?

      but if u protract shoulder and squeeze sth between ur palms u will get chest muscle isolated without impingement all the way up to sternum, and if u squeeze sth upwards (for example ur knee) u will get upper chest no problem

    chest never popped until switched entirely to db’s with adjustable bench. has 5 different angles so do 1 a day. pretty sure its bcuz when extending arms up autist mode activates and compelled to make db’s touch. never felt same burn with barbell, only felt like triceps got rekt from doing bench and ohp with bb
