        A cup a day is fine, the acid might affect some people poorly though. Caffeine isn't terrible for you just not too much.

    milk doesn't give you osteoporosis but it's also not actually a good source of calcium because for some reason we add a shit ton of vitamin A to it, which competes for absorption. Take a calcium supplement or supplement your diet with other high calcium foods that are not dairy.
