        to be fair he had to flee the war in Yugoslavia with his family when he was a child. That stays with you.
        I think he's just in a mental slump right now and his videos just reflect that. They've always just been a stream of his consciousness, not some scripted shit.

        If all this shit really bothers him he just needs to man up and admit to himself that this squat every day "I'm doing it for myself" program is trash and hop on a proper program with a good diet for 6 months and see where he goes. Cause at the end of the day what he really wants is a big squat yet he hasn't made strength gains in a year now

    I'm doing 5x5 and can't seem to get past 250 squat. What am I doing wrong

      At you certain point your just gonna have to bulk until you reach your goal then cut while trying to maintain it.
      Squats scale with bw really well.
      As long as your able to add on 5lb to bar for 1lb you gain, you should be able to hit 315 on a slow bulk in about 3 month (probably less). Then cut in march/april.
      If your already bulking, idk what to tell you.

      250kg is a really good squat, you probably have to mix up the rep ranges and intensity/volume to keep progressing.
