    You need to go to failure with medium weight.

      I add isolations for arms and shoulders

    just do a brainless brosplit

    chest (incl dumbbells, cables, hammer strength incline machine is sweet, cables w,e)

    back (cables rows, pulldowns, seated rows etc, don't do.too heavy of weights and try to really feel your back contracting and putting in work, this is important) shoulders (I literally only do lateral raises various variations for 8 sets, front delt you'll hit with chest and rear if you do cable rows is going to be stimulated enough)

    legs (some heavy compound or machine, some machine for hams, leg extensions)

    everything for 8 to 12 reps, push hard each set
    repeat 6 times a week take another rest day if necessary in the middle of the week
    take a rest week after like 2 3 months and repeat

                also you might not even be as fat as you think, just constantly bloated from a lot of carbs/water weight. i had this same issue also, kept me from progressing for a LONG time. this shit takes a lot of time, it's just natty life
                i would guarantee if you added more weight than you think is necessary in half a year you would MOG yourself now

    That's got to be an absolutely pathetic amount of muscle mass gain if you gained 10 pounds over one year and to look worse.
    If you'd gained more weight you'd look even worse. The problem is you barely gained any muscle at all. Cut for a month, seriously, just to get back to the body fat you were at a year ago, and then do it all again but train properly
