        this is pretty extreme but extra nipples are really common, look at the line they follow and its exactly the same as most mammals. usually its only 1 or 2 extra and it just looks like a small mole

    Some underlying medical conditions can be a cause for inability to build muscle. Other than that if you really tried for years it simply could be your genetics thats the cause. Either way be sure you check your health
