He was 175 lbs at 5'8" in his peak (photo on the right). When he was 50, he was only 168 lbs (photo on the left). If he really roided, he would have been bigger. Vince is just the first guy who learned how to diet for definition and he knew how to use lighting and poses to anglemax for photoshoots.

      Depends on your mass.
It doesn't hurt to include other sources of protein

36 eggs per day was part of a bulking diet as part of one of Vince's periodization schemes. First week was 12 eggs per day for breakfast as a shake.
Second week you add another dozen egg shake after lunch.
Third week you add a third shake after dinner. Continue this way for four more weeks. Then cut down to two dozens eggs per week for the 8th week. Then cut down to one dozen eggs for the 9th week. After that you come off the diet and go onto a different diet.

      >Never trust a man with a name ending in Berg
Berg is a Scandinavian word meaning mountain, and the use of it is very common in the Nordic countries as when they made the switch from patronymicon to proper surnames they often used geological locations near where they lived.
