This was in Texas wasn't it? That looks so good but so naughty.
>$125
Yes but only because of the brisket. Brisket is expensive, smoked brisket even more so. If he got that at a restaurant that alone was probably $50 or so, looks like about a pound. Onion rings should be dirt cheap, burger maybe $5-10 each, ribs definitely at least $10, chicken wings probably about $20 those frickers get pricy.
Anyway it's fun to see the influences on Texas cuisine. Wings don't really belong there, but the onions, pickles, cole slaw, smoked meats, and even hamburgers all come from the Germans that moved there like 170 years ago. Then there's the beef chili since Texans don't use beans for chili, topped with tomatoes, cheese and sour cream. Mac and cheese is really American tho, not Texas, and from Italian influence popularized by a US president. Idk what the fried stuff is in the middle right. Maybe fried mushrooms?
Brisket is literally the cheapest beef. It's literally the pork belly of the cow, restaurants just scam you. The Korean super market in my city sells thin sliced frozen brisket (they call it beef navel). Shit is based af. My wife makes it with bean sprouts and a spicy sauce (gochujang, red pepper powder, onions sauce, sugar, sesame oil). Throw it all in a pan and enjoy, then make fried rice with what's left.
Try it out bros I just told you the most based recipe you will hear this year.
I have mild autism and the only food that I eat comes from a can. Never in my 21 years of life have I been to a restaurant. That being said, I live in Australia.
my dad told me an hour ago he wanted a Popeyes chicken sandwich for dinner as a cheat meal, and asked if I wanted to come. I came with him because he's getting on in years and I want to spend as much time with him while I can. He got his sandwich, I got nothing. He gave it to me to have a bite. It was pretty good. Then he had some and offered me more and I refused.
I think I'm doing well at recovering from my fast food addiction.
>I think I'm doing well at recovering from my fast food addiction.
If you can actually go to the place without ordering, then watch somebody eat it, it's safe to say you're cured.
I'm good until the food is actually in front of me, then I go crazy. That's why all my cabinets are empty.
American brisket looks so good. I never had brisket before but I keep seeing this on tv or pictures and I want to try it. I live in Canada and where I live there isn't anywhere you could get something like this. Maybe if I went to a city but I bet it would be moronic expensive. Canada prices fricking suck rn
with inflation that's prob at least $125

I live in California and over here those 3 burgers alone would be $40. So yeah, A LOT more than 125 bud.

that's not a cheat meal, meat is a superfood. the only cheat thing there is the hamburger buns (also fried foods aren't the best)
Fried foods are perfectly healthy if it's fried in lard and not vegetable oil
Those burgers are the best looking burgers I have ever seen though
>this is considered a cheat meal to non-ketofriends
