Eat one meal a day. Lift and do cardio. It's that simple. All these other programs are just roundabout ways to extend the suffering of losing weight. Just rip the band-aid off.

Bring the protein up to 200g per day, drop the carbohydrates unders 150g per day and the rest from fat.

I'd imagine you're a novice lifter at best and you don't need 250g of carbs daily.

It takes more work to break down protein for energy and it has a higher thermic effect in the body. Carbs on the other hand will spike your insulin and promote fat storage. Have high carb meals only after strenuous exercise to replenish glycogen.

You'll see a dramatic shift in weight loss and body composition with this adjustment. Not all calories are created equal anon.

don't listen to this bad advice

200g protein a day is unnecessary and will strain your wallet and food preparation. the macros you are doing now are fine

also frick you for saying shit like this when you have no IDEA what the frick you're talking about, evidenced by the fact that you said "and it has a higher thermic effect" when referring to the thermic effect already previously already

"dramatic shift" in weight loss my ass like 10-15% effective calories off the top of my head without actually calculating it

stop hyping up your garbage advice with hyperbolic bullshit pisses people off who are actually educated in this field

            >Then why is weight loss a billion dollar industry?
Because fat people are lazy and pathetic. I got fairly chunky during my last bulk, but dropping that weight was easy because I'm not pathetic.

Maybe some folks have different priorities. I can keep a decent body composition compared to my same age work colleagues since I have no personal stresses like a partner, kids or a high stress job.

            >Then why is weight loss a billion dollar industry?
Because people aren't looking for actual solution but instead they are looking for interesting and cool ways to approach losing weight. Instead of just eating less and ensuring they don't pass a certain caloric amount they instead opt to follow some dude or chick who tells them what to do, then promote their pills that will definitely work(nope).
At the end of the day it's more dopamine fulfilling, in the short term at least, to "be part of the fitness community of [influencer]" than eating 500 less cal than their tdee.

just stop eating so much fatty
you don't have to track every calorie you should intuitively start understanding how much of what macro is in foods

Fat people don't have that sort of self-discipline. You can eat fast food OP, but simply stop eating way too much of it.

in high school (graduated 2020, i'm a zoomer) i would work or do other shit on my laptop through lunch. i ate what my mother packed me after i finished my proper supper

That’s the basic issue. I know my home cooked food is under 1k calories for OMAD. Many of these combos at Wendy’s or McDonald’s are 1000-1500 calories. And fatties will usually think eating just twice will be fine.

The frick are you talking about, I lost 16 lbs in a month just from eating less, training more frequently, and not drinking beer. Then I hit a plateu and that's when amphetamine really helps. Gotta do whatever it takes to get those lickable and by summer.

What is the point of meticulously counting every single macro? Even if you eat a little less or a little more on a particular day doesn't mean your body will betray you and start packing on fatty tissue. As long as you stay active enough and DO something instead of counting reps and eating frick-all, you will lose weight.

It's the easiest thing in the world to lose weight. It's literally the absence of work. As a hard gainer, I wish I had your problem.
