It's so unfair that meat and diary has so much protein (that can be used by the body) while vegan food has comparatively high protein sometimes but has shit tier usability by the body.

I really honestly don't give a shit about killing animals. I trap and shoot nuisance animals on my property regularly. Eating animals is just gross. It gives you heart disease, cancer, causes all kinds of inflammation and health problems. Also I'm not poor so I can afford a diverse diet of minimally processed plant foods. Thats a luxury most people unfortunately don't have. I always get a laugh out of animal eaters just stuffing themselves with protein thinking they need like 500 lbs of protein a year to make gains or even maintain.
A lot of classic vegan foods like beans and nuts are what give me inflammation though

I could eat steak and lobster every meal if I wanted to. I make decent money and dont mind spending a lot on good food.
Quality plant based food is not exactly cheap though. If you only ate rice, beans, oats, potatoes, etc it would be cheap but the berries and nuts and fresh fruit and vegetables get kind of expensive especially when you eat them in bulk. A single container of leafy greens is like $8.
I think our family averages about $5/meal per person and we prepare basically all our own food. If you were a single man it would be higher than that as we buy in bulk and some of the kids are still pretty small.
what are other good quality plant based foods? i know only of beans and legumes.

Meat eaters are delusional like trannies. My squat is up 150 lbs in the last 8 months and only about 25% of the calories I've been eating are protein (the rest carbs) and its all plants. These meat eaters are laughable. They have to eat a whole gram per pound of bodyweight of protein and the bioavailabilith is so low they still have to supplement with whey powder and shit. Dumb homosexuals. Just eat rice and beans. Dumbasses all deserve to (and will) die of heart disease and cancer.

When I first started eating plant based I had huge voluminous noxious gas. Really big loud stinky farts. I got in the habit of lighting my farts in bed because the smell would make my wife nauseous. It was actually very entertaining. After about 6 weeks my gut biome adapted and the quantity and smell of gas decreased back to normal levels. Beans only make you gassy if you aren't used to eating them. Barley is the only thing that really gives me gas anymore.

Vegan food was only meant to be an adjunct to eating meat, not as a diet in and of itself.
Eat good quality meat, eat lots of green vegetables, eat quality starches, and that's all you need.
If you go vegan it apparently increases amino acid utilization after a number of months/years on that diet. I'm trying it and gonna try to ascend when I can eat steaks and fish like a human being againz hopefully soon. Also have cut to like 15% bodyfat, gonna push forn12 before I get back on real foods.
You’ll be fine. As long as you eat enough protein you should be ok even with low bioavailability.
