It's stinking.

>stink of sweat
>go to shower
>still can smell some from under my armpits
is that normal? I don't use anything other than shower gel and I don't use any deodorants. Should I start spraying myself anons?

i wonder what you are actually doing to clean yourself
    do you shave?
if you just stand there with hairy armpits and let water run over them its not gonna be as efective as shaving every once in a while and using soap and a sponge and being thoroough
also yes use a little deoderant, roll on, not spray

I used to not shave armpits at all, but started doing so recently. I don't have a sponge, just rub shower gel into the pits. Does a sponge really make a difference?

shaved armpits are actually worse for smells cuz the hairs absorb bacteria and shed whereas with just the skin it stays there and goes straight into your clothes.

just start using deodorant and aftershave/cologne plus washing with soap and water thoroughly.

also are you overweight? how often do you shower?

sponge or washcloth makes a hugs difference
all the sweat and bacteria in the layer of dead skin, you gotta use friction to exfoliate

I've even used just a rough sponge and warm water no soap and got all the smell out

Also, last time I used roll on deodorant it irritated my skin. Why not spray?

start applying antipersperiant deoderant every morning, moron. Also make sure you are actually scrubbing your armpits and butthole with soap and not just letting soapy water run down around them.

not overweight. mostly belly fat and some muscle. When I work I shower every day, but on days off I sometimes don't shower for two days because vidya.

I don't use any soap at all and smell like nothing even after a sweaty workout
in fact I had completely soaked a shirt in sweat and forgot to take it out of my backpack so it just sat there balled up and wet for 3 days and when I took it out it had no smell, just the faint odor of laundry detergent from when it was last washed, although it was still wet from my 3 day old sweat
I sauna nearly every day, eat clean, avoid seed oils, haven't used soap on my body in 13 years

I should also add that when I shower I use a rag to scrub myself down, also scrub myself with a rag in the sauna as I sweat profusely

use a more basic soap. Modern soaps are made with sodium laurel sulphate, which is close to neutral pH, where carboxylic acid soaps are more basic and lye soap is even more basic than that. Make your own soap with leftover cooking oil, if it's in cast iron even better as it will catalytically hydrogenate.

I stopped using shampoo, deodorant, conditioner, and you smell at first while your body adjusts but after awhile you smell good, you stop sweating as much, and you don't stink as often. You will have to come to terms with a natural body odor scent, but it doesn't smell bad, it's just natural. Nobody ever complains about my scent, I shower twice a day though.
There are a lot of bullshit chemicals in shampoo and deodorant that distrupt your bodies chemistry, but when you stop using them you revert to normal. Having a good diet also helps.

      >and you smell at first while your body adjusts but after awhile you smell good,
you are scent-blind to your own horrendous stench, you "body chemistry" isn't adapting you're just used to the horrible stink of the bacteria eating the shit on your skin you don't wash off because you're as filthy as an inbred Black person.

yes I had considered this many years ago but I've asked every woman I've been intimate with to smell my armpit and tell me what they think and they've always told me there is zero odor, I also have a schizo older brother who will tell everyone the truth no matter how insensitive and he's never once commented on me having any odor and we live together, so you are incorrect in your jealous assessment
