    and we just established bot:

    plank (yes regular plank - do it and poke ur fanger in oblique, it is flexed), sideplank

    don't do this, i tried yesterday - instant tingling in lower spine/sacral joint area that persisted for few hours - as i said before - moment arm on oblique is way bigger through spine than opposing muscles and when not if they fail u got some grinding going on in spine and u won't even do obliques
