You're very likely one of many morons consuming way too many calories and gaining almost nothing but fat from it. Post your BMR, TDEE and goals.
Maybe if almost all you ate in a day was that but it's also terrible because it's devoid of real nutrition.
5'6, 126 lbs, 1500 calorie bmr, 2300 calorie tdee. losing weight because i'm eating 2 servings of food with 60g combined protein per day + 2 instant coffees with milk. i exercise by lifting for an hour and cycling for an hour every day or two.
meals are typically 1/4th of 2 onions + 500 g dry pasta + 500 g tinned tomatoes + 57 g (before cooked) of beef
total of 2(~100 + 1855 + 160 + 143)/4 = 1129 calories a day. i also bake scones and cinnamon rolls and shit to eat so it balances out somewhere
the plan to bulk is to add roughly 100g of cheese per day (400 calories + 25 g protein) to the meals and up it if its not enough. i WILL gain mass and i WILL gain lean mass
if i keep losing weight ill figure out some more things to eat to bulk
its 2300 calories if i tally in 2 tablespoons sugar + 4 tablespoons seed oils mb
how do i get another 300 calories a day i dont want to eat an egg and cheese sandwich or a bowl of oats eating 3 meals a day instead of 2 makes my stomach hurt 🙁
