A few years ago I watched a bunch of fat fuck dyels who thought they were actually lifting use this. Started at 60kg (as they were so fucking strong and what not) and increasing weight after each set. After listening to their growls and shouts of "lightweight, bro! LIGHTWEIGHT! YOU'RE FUCKING RIPPED, BRO!" for about 5 minutes, I went over, lowered the weight to 30kg and told them to see how many they could manage in a row.
The puzzlement over how none of them got even one was hilarious to watch.
