        Training to failure with no safeties and clips on the bar should be considered a suicide attempt. I bench to failure without a spotter almost every week and have never had any issues because I use safeties.

          If you're by yourself you should never bench with clips on. You need to be able to slide the weight off. Ideally you should be rolling the weight forward but just in case that fails just dump the weight off one of the sides, can't do that with clips on

      big dudes enjoy lifting and do a bunch of shit in the gym, like fricking around with oly lifting, zercher lifts, jefferson DL's, just because they're fun. or they really love doing some specific movement. keep this in mind and you'll start noticing that.

      Bb front raises find how strong your front debts really are. I always touch my muscles after lifting to see what I got a pump on and I never even hit front delts.

      I love BB rows. one of the best things ever is doing wide grip heavy ass BB rows for low reps, and feeling the lat pump after.

    I find OHP easy to train compared to bench and even curls. Less fatigue from OHP so I can really give it my all

    You can be see his legs jerking when he no can re-rack, maybe cuz shock. Legs keep moving so he not paralized or brain dead right away, like if windpipe crush. He look like suffocate slow in one minute, cuz jerking stop little by little in video.
