You are missing out on all those stabilizer muscles and variations that benefit your bb presses in the long run as well as helping to keep you injury free
>stabilizer muscles
Those would be the antagonists (mostly upper back) and the rotator cuff, I already do a lot of direct work for both of those so I don't have any issues. Plus I do ring pushups and dips which are much better for that than dbs IMO. I just stick with bb OHP and BTNP as my vertical presses
Once I started doing Good Mornings for a few weeks I definitely noticed a major improvement in my posture, Feel sketchy af the first time you're doing them though.
Kegels
I do those in my sleep only
I stopped doing these bc of too much lower back fatigue, for me it's deficit RDLs + back extensions
And for exercises I just won't do, db presses. That's all
db press is the most satisfying lift for me, why don't you like it?
because I like rings better. plus getting the dbs into position sucks
also I don't see any reason to do db OHP, seems like a more annoying version of bb OHP to me

NTA but I stopped doing DB presses once I got to heavier weights and the process of getting them up would tire me out more than the whole working set
You'll never catch me on the leg press machine. Go ahead, call me gay.
i just use the leg press machine for calf raises.
Based, also very beneficial for strengthening the calves this way.
do it with a safety squat bar

Yeah. You can't do it with a regular bar. You need an SSB for that.

I'm telling you, it can't be done.
i'm telling you, it can. i've seen me do it
just because you can't doesn't make that universal to everyone else
Look kid. It's physically impossible. Are you telling me you can break physics?

Barbell squats
