ITT: Exercises you only do at your gym and no one else

I've worked out for 9 years, went to maybe maybe nine different gyms in that year span and saw no one doing lying rear delt raises. Only I do them.

How the frick do you only go to 9 gyms in 9 years? What about moving, work trips and vacations? I think I've been to 5-6 different gyms just this year

Too many to count, everything from what you posted to YTLs for shoulder rehab to zercher squats to overhead half press lockout pin presses to shrugs face down on a 45 degree incline bench and more.
I've always been adding in unorthodox lifts for both rehab work and hitting shit at different angles for nearly 30 years, and it's gonna stay that way.

that sems hard on my shoulders
i have an injury there anon

i do triceps behind the head
    is that just as good?

You don't actually use your shoulders to lift the weight on this, anon. You use your REAR delts, you shouldn't feel anything in the front or side delts. Few people harness the power of their rear delts and end up with MORE shoulder issues from letting that area go weak, so it's worth doing them.
If done correctly, you should feel the musculature INSIDE the shoulder area in the upper back doing all the work, not the shoulder itself. People with fricked shoulders are prescribed lifts like these for rehab work, so that should tell you something.

Anterior forearm muscle workout like pic related (the two-handed bar) Want to improve my functional strength drastically so I focus alot on forearms. The most effective forearm exercise I've tried by far. My muscles always sore the next day. Seen a total of zero person doing it. had hard time finding this pic even

Would it be safe to assume the modern nickname for these is the Nutcracker Deadlift?

      1x1 Normal @95%
      1x5 Normal @75%
      2x5 Jefferson @70%
      2x5 Jefferson @65%
      2xF 1-arm @50%

for a total of 18 normal, 20 Jefferson, and 6-10 1 armed deadlifts.

i'm inventing new shit all the time, but the gym rats sometimes pick up my tricks:
lying down row machine cable curls
lying down row machine cable upright row
    cable deadlifts
fly machine cable rear delt raises
    polldown machine glute ham raises
    etc.

that's because every gym has a machine that can do these seated horizontally
also i don't see why you couldn't do this with an FT but i've never tried it.
