      I love the feeling of fire in my forearms.

      Don't know really but mine were huge when I mountain biked, hiked, or carry any load up hills really.

      Of course raises work good and other calf exercises.

      Both can be trained more frequently then you think.

      I found it was all about hills and bodyweight. Since I am fat(225lbs) my calves just had a ton of work put into them when going up hills.
      I also have good calf genetics.

    A lot of athletes will internally rotate their hips to produce significantly more power and while these muscles are used for external rotation, if they are tight you won't be able to internally rotate as well.

    If you have pelvic floor issues, these also may be the reason why.

    I actually have a tibialis machine in my gym. I throw them in a superset with me calves training because I figure it probably helps with healthy ankles feet and knees, I can post a pic of it later if you’re interested

    5 sets of 18 to 22 reps
    the burn is fucking crazy but they are never sore no matter how hard i hit them
