You do deadlift to get better at deadlifting, and build zero muscle.
Squats translate to athletic performance. It also added some weights to my already huge legs, so I do low reps heavy squats now
This. I squat once a week at most and I never go heavy. I haven't Dead Lifted in years, it never felt natural. Only powerlifting spergs enjoy that shit.
Brushing your teeth is for fricking morons who shovel poison goyslop into their faces instead of real food and decide to tend to the symptom rather than the cause.
I remember this dude bulked up pretty hard between movies cause he was potentially gonna be cut for another actor so he might have roided to speed things up…. But this is realistically very attainable natty. Like within 1-2 years
Beginners should not do sets of 3-5. Learning and maintaining good form at that percentage of 1RM is nigh-impossible for them. They should train in the 8-12 range for 4-6 months, focusing on form and activation, and only then progress to powershitter sets if they want to really focus on strength.
If you don't have to worry about recovery period, why not just go as heavy as you can, to failure? Maybe deload for a set or two to focus on muscle tension
If noob gains are going to make your strength and size shoot up rapidly anyway, why bother trying to minmax it? True beginners have higher priorities; learning the movements, developing mobility/smoothness through them, minimizing the injury risk that their cluelessness and unconditioned bodies make them prone to, all these things are MUCH higher priorities for a beginner who wants to be in it for the long haul than eeking out every last strength gain as fast as possible. Going as heavy as possible powershitter style or going to failure doesn't fit into this list of priorities. Noob strength gains are practically free anyway - take the time to do get lifting right.
The large majority of IST have confused the concept of physical fitness with raw strength for its own sake in the form of powerlifting. This is a mistake. That's not to say strength isn't worth pursuing, but it is to say that is only a part of a bigger picture that is fitness. And truly a small part at that.
Barbells are not the be-all-end-all of training. In fact, they are inherently a poor choice for beginners who have postural issues and lack proper motor function. The inevitable result is stalling at best and injuries at worst for beginners that fall for the SS/SL meme peddled here.
If you get injured on SS you're a genetic failure. If you are so uncoordinated that you cannot grab a bar and then push the bar you are less coordinated than my obese grandma. I cannot emphasize this enough. I was a 140lb small-joint nerd who never did anything physical in my life before I started lifting and even I could handle a barbell.
Sounds like I touched on a nerve. Just because it worked for you, or rather didn't result in injuries, does not mean that it is optimal. It doesn't even mean that it's good.
The fact that you advertise having started at such a low bodyweight is exactly why you saw results off of SS. It's a perfect program for underweight 14 year olds who want to gain weight and join the football team to impress the girl that never noticed them anyway. It is not a recipe for fitness and it won't work for anybody who's goals include more than pushing a barbell around with atrocious form for ego boosts. There's a reason Ripple breasts had to pull the "real men..." card so often in his book, just like you're doing now. It's marketing, not gospel.
White majority Gyms are better than racially diverse gyms
I said it, nothing personal though
Bench press is the most overrated compound
It is. You get more from doing DB press, cables, and machines. If you do barbell presses, incline will yield better results.
Deadlifts and squats are unnecessary and the risk of injury far outweighs the benefits unless you're a bloatmaxxed powershitter.
You can achieve aesthetic and strong legs and lower back doing all the normal leg machines and using the stair climber.
You do deadlift to get better at deadlifting, and build zero muscle.

Deadlifts stimulate the most muscle growth out of any exercise what are you spazzing about
I never got why people hate on deads so much, they literally changed my entire frame, I love them.
>Deadlifts stimulate the most muscle growth out of any exercise
Nice bro science
This. I squat once a week at most and I never go heavy. I haven't Dead Lifted in years, it never felt natural. Only powerlifting spergs enjoy that shit.
I hope you count squat machines, particularly hack squats and v-squats, in those leg machines. If so then I agree.
Brushing your teeth is for fricking morons who shovel poison goyslop into their faces instead of real food and decide to tend to the symptom rather than the cause.
absolutely disgusting anon.
Good goy.
You don't need roids. No one needs fricking rapids.
You can achieve an aesthetic as frick body with only a couple years of lifting at most.
A body like Pic Related will give you far more compliments than a bloatmaxed body or an extremely roided up body.

shamrful display

I use 90% machines and have as much muscle as I did 10 years ago when I was a hard-core freeweight only moron.
Haven't done a deadlift in a year tbh, but I do SSB squats after leg press like muh Dr Mike
>made zero gains in 10 years after switching to machines
is what I heard
You didn't hear shit and you know it lol
I'm happy being on low dose TRT and being the exact same size I was 10 years ago when ran cycles, anon.
I can still press 150s if I want to but there's zero point when my goal is to look good as an older lifter
Romanian Deadlifts with light weight are better than regular deadlifts
Women aren't that bad.
Muscle Mass accounts for like 40% of an aesthetic body. The other 60% is leaness.
Being lean will make your face more attractive

ha, these are all true

"Aesthetic" is code for "135lb teenager with noob gains" so yeah, you can.
