        Diabetes is caused by intromyocellular fat buildup. The cell becomes filed with free fatty acids and insulin ceases to have a meaningful effect. You will never get diabetes from eating sugar, you must pair it with fat, and I think we can all agree that foods that are sugary and fatty are man made foods like poptarts and cookies and that they are not health foods

            They did a study with a bunch of chinks who filled out a questionaire (kek) And they determined through this cast iron study that by eating slightly more fruit gave a 12% (LOL) less chance of diabetes. They somehow determined if you eat more fruit you have 17% less chance of dying. On a "7 year study" ( later it says it was conducted from 2004-2008, kek) no less. 4 years to determine if esting a certain amount of a food can kill you or not.
