dilute a little bit of bone broth concentrate in hot water, add pepper, cayenne, ginger, parsley, turmeric and sip on those 30cal 350ml cups...

Also any pickled veggies is good for low cal craving reduction, and sliced cucumbers with salt on them. For sweet craving binges, use watermelon instead. That shit is high volume low calorie AF and super hydrating.
