        Well besides self control you can try a very high protein low carb diet
        You see, the more you eat carbs the more you want to eat carbs again later
        Protein makes you feel full

          I bought a huge tub of chocolate protein powder but it had an odd vanilla taste to it which I could not stand, I am certain it had no actual vanilla in it so I assumed the powder just tastes odd.

    >Look up what vitamins and minerals you're missing in your diet and try to get that covered. You're likely eating something bad because it has 1 good thing you're missing in your diet.

    That's a few, also prayer works if you're serious about it.

    flavormaxxing with spiced up cups of broth
    dilute a little bit of bone broth concentrate in hot water, add pepper, cayenne, ginger, parsley, turmeric and sip on those 30cal 350ml cups...
    Easy way to fill up and get some flavor.
    Also any pickled veggies is good for low cal craving reduction, and sliced cucumbers with salt on them. For sweet craving binges, use watermelon instead. That shit is high volume low calorie AF and super hydrating.
