Just eat food how are you deficient in all this vrsp
You can't get a lot of those substances from food alone, especially not the meds. Now go be an npc somewhere else.

You need literally none of that besides Psyllium maybe if you have IBS or something
I do need finasteride for my hair and astaxanthin/lutein for my eyes. Other than that, the pysllium husk and probiotics have completely stopped diarrhea for me. And the other stuff eliminated my acne.
Ah I'm sorry for being hard on you. I figures you were just own of these people who loads up on pills and powders. I was wrong and I'm sorry.
It's fine. Sometimes pills/powders really do help and many of the posters here take creatine which is definitely the most scientifically proven fitness supplement there is.

honestly guys, I'm getting tired of this shit. I've never had migraines before but I've been dealing with them on and off for over a year now. Can I just quit all this shit except for the multivitamin? OR is everything I'm taking okay and I just need better sleep? I'm not hitting 7-8 hours a night.
Dehydrated? Creatine can really dry you out, especially if you take it before bed
I take it in the morning with coffee but I almost hit a gallon of water everyday
At the very least you should be taking vitamin D. The rest of those shouldn’t be causing headaches but I would drop the multivitamin first tbh. Supplements are a very individual thing and you need to figure out what’s good for you. You can slowly remove stuff to see how you feel.
basically all of that has to be taken with a meal

What's is ALCAR supposed to do? What do you feel on it? How much do you take? Everyday or cycling? I take 0.75 g three times a day on an empty stomach and I don't feel much (basically placebo)
Elevating glucagon. Acetyl-L-Carnitine facilitates fat oxidation — it helps convert fatty acids into ATP.
In other words, studies showing that it helps burn fat. I’ve only been on it for a few weeks so I can’t say if it’s worth it or just a waste of cash.
