That's what you get for not going to a a doctor and a physiotherapist. Right after feeling something wrong with your tendons.
Now enjoy your feeble calcified tendon.

    What did you try?

I went through several topical and oral anti-inflammants and did some meme magnet routine (physiotherapy in Russia is pseudoscience). Then I added 5x12 bench press to my routine, starting with very low weights and generally pushed it up. There's still a bit of pain during the exercise, but it no longer inhibits movement.

instead of taking israelite poison "anti-inflammations" start trinking a tsbp of olive oil

You moronic homosexuals will believe anything you read on the internet. This is what happens when single mothers start giving their kids phones in elementary school.
      >tendinitis? Must consume more products. Corporations wouldn't lie to me.

If it's been 10 months you've probably developed a tendinpathy at this point. You need to start stressing the tendon again if you want it to recover.
Don't know exactly which exercises are good for biceps tendons, but the basic concept is to start with a low weight and slowly progressively overload it. Some amount of pain during the movements is fine, but it's very important there is no pain the day after.

You can also look into shockwave therapy.

I got ulnar tendinitis. Doctor told me to ice it several times a day and take ibuprofen once in a while. A month of doing so has helped immensely. At one point I wasn't able to lift a gallon of milk with my left hand.

Do you know what you did to get Bicep tendonitis? I got tricep tendonitis at the start of April, and I know what did it, I was Barbell ohping with 170lbs, I had benched before and it was my last set and I was tired and on the last rep I got sloppy with my form and let my right arm sink as I was reracking the weight and I felt a sharp pain in my right elbow. I was so determined to get strong that I shrugged it off and figured it's fine. I kept training for a month and a half like everything was normal, only I could feel a slight tingle in my right elbow whenever i was doing pushing movements. Fiinally one day when I was doing Bench it just gave out and my elbow was totally inflamed. For the month of April it hurt to do simple things such as putting on a seat belt, brushing my teeth or drying my hair. 3 weeks ago I started benching again

Borrowing your thread op: I have tricep tendonitis for months and it won't go away too. I cut my lifting volume in half and got rid of arm isolation workouts but I can't give it a full multi week rest bc all my social activities are active. Also I'm training to summit a 20k mountain so this is the wrong time to stop.

Try doing preacher curls with dumbbells but with low weight like 10 pounds and have it stretch your bicep at the end
