You've learned what exactly? That drinking coffee before bed is bad for sleep? That waking up and having sunlight in the morning gives you energy for the whole day?
Did you also start cleaning your room after listening to peterson?
So hilarious how people hear basic advice from these podcasters and then start treating them like they are a prophet.

It's better that they hear it and improve than not.

I don't get it either, are people fricking moronic these days? How do they even live their life, if finding out that sleeping 8 hours a day is healthy and that you shouldn't scroll social media/vape/drink coffee all day? Do they also need to listen to a 2h podcast to figure out that you need to wipe your ass after shitting, or else your quality of life will be worse?

This goes to the whole jordan peterson/joe rogan/andrew tate fan community. How the frick are people who say "wow they changed my life I never realised this" after listening to them even alive? How did they survive THIS long without knowing things so extremely basic?

I think it's just the result of parents not raising their god damn kids. You have the issue of not learning from the experiences of men's role in society in single mother households, but now add on top of that how many parents just put their kid in front of a monitor instead of teaching them jack shit.

          what a hot human being

Not that anon, but yes there's tons of things that he says that are applicable and useful.

I saw an pisode of his podcast on ADHD and found it really useful. Plenty of useful tricks, mainly relaed to Dopamine.

He says a lot of cool and useful stuff.
Here's a few off the top of my head :
      - Cold Showers are cool. hey increase dopamine a lot, but unlike drugs like cocaine, the dopamine levels stay high for a long time compared to High and Crash of drug-induced dopamine rush.

      - To avoid the "mid-day crash" (feeling tired afer lunch) you need to delay your caffeine intake by 1 hour or more in the morning after you get up.

      - Giving Aderall to ADHD kids might seem like a bad thing, buy it's when the brain is stll maleable (high neuro-plasticity in children) that you can alter the brain chemistry and "cure" someone from having ADHD as an adult.

      - Breathing Techniques like he Wim Hoff technique work by self-inducing hyper-ventilation, which tricks your body into thinking you're going into a crisis, and boosts your immune system among oher things.

      - Dopamine Detox is a great tool, especially in this day and age. For example all the people talking about "No Fap" and such.
No really gong to glorify "No Fap", bu insead say that Activities which release a lot of dopamine, like porn for example, follow a Diminishing Returns curve, meaning that men that consume a LOT of pornography always need something more and more extreme/degenerate to induce that Dopaminic High.

He says a lot of good stuff for Fitness too, but I can't recall directly things that he said, right now.
Like Fasting + Cardio in the morning.
He did talk a lot about Testosterone for example.
I remember a few things on that front.
      Like :
      - You need to see Testosterone as a Feedback loop.
Meaning : Activities that Men with High Test usually do are the things that boost your testosterone.
Meaning that "fake it till you make it" works with Test.
Pretend to act like a High Test Boss will boost your Test
