I've upped my protein intake a bit. What are some signs that your protein level is right for you?
In the past too much of the protein chips and stuff made my stomach hurt, gassy and bloated so I backed off. But I'm wondering what signs to look out for that my body is liking or disliking this increase?

Yes because those are garbage products filled with chemicals, it's probably the artificial sweeteners giving you gas. If you eat plenty of eggs, quark and lean meats you won't need that crap. Also just calculate your protein need moron, about 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. If you track your food you should never miss it.
